If you stay at Commezzadura, not only you will enjoy the sight of magnificent views or the relaxing sound of nature, you may also gratify your taste savouring the best dishes of our local cuisine washed down with renowned wines.

Our typical dishes include canederli, bread dumplings with sausage or mushrooms, local sausages and the well-known Torta de frigoloti, a cake made of corn meal and almonds.

At least once a week, all hotels offer a typical dinner. Commezzadura is also home to the renowned restaurant Al Maso Burba, a family-run restaurant serving the best dishes of the local tradition and a remarkable choice of wines. The restaurant is a member of the association Osterie Tipiche Trentine and ensures naturalness and respect of traditions.

If you want to eat a good meal while enjoying the view of a magnificent landscape, choose one of the 3 Alpine huts located in the Commezzadura area.
Rifugio Malga Panciana, located at 1886 m a.s.l. at the arrival of the cableway coming from Marilleva, amidst some of the best ski slopes of the resort, offers a restaurant self service, bar, cafeteria and outdoor booth with deck chair rental.

Rifugio Orso Bruno, rising on top of Monte Vigo, at 2179 m a.s.l., can be reached on your skis both from Folgarida and from Marilleva and Madonna di Campiglio. The Alpine hut includes bar, restaurant and an evocative panoramic sun terrace.

The recently-renovated Rifugio Solander is located on the slopes of Monte Spolverino, at 1900 m a.s.l., and can be reached directly with the new lift facilities that will start in Daolasa. Providing bar and restaurant service, sundeck with chair rental.
