The summer sports offer in Commezzadura is wide and varied, to suit everyone’s tastes.
You’ll have a wide choice, from extreme sports to quiet strolls amongst the greenery, to enjoy fresh air in a magnificent landscape.
The river Noce is the location’s major attraction pole, around which are organised a host of activities.
Challenge the river rapids in a raft ride with the guides of the Europe-famous local school, enjoy the thrill of a canoe-kayak descent or wear your flippers and swim down the river in a river bob.

River Noce and the nearby Alpine lakes are also a suitable place to go fishing superb trouts or brown trouts, after getting a fishing permit in one of the anglers’ association points of sales.
A scenically spectacular cycle track winds along the river banks, with gentle ups and downs that will get you from the Valleys’ starting point at the Mostizzolo Bridge up to Cogolo. A host of other Mountain Bike itineraries, following local streets, forest trails and unpaved roads, to the discovery of evocative spots are described in specific exhaustive guides available at the local Info point.
Glide amongst constantly changing views going across varied landscapes, along unpaved roads or on the trails of old mule-tracks, go across bridges and high-mountain passes, through villages and forests, cycle amongst fir trees at the foothill of Dolomite rocks or right below Alpine peaks and glaciers. 
If you’d rather have a more quiet experience, cycle by obstacles along flat or gentle variant tracks, enjoying thrilling final descents.

Commezzadura has hosted several international Downhill races, namely the 2005 Absolute European Championship, whose track amongst woods, which is regarded as one of the most technically difficult in Europe, is still available for bikers looking for a more chilling experience.
If you aim at challenging the majestic peaks overlooking the Valley, have a try at rock climbing with the assistance of Alpine guides, or follow a hiking route up to Alpine huts, to enjoy enchanting views topped off by a gourmet typical cuisine.
Summer ski facilities are also available nearby, on top of the Presena glacier, at 3016 m. a.s.l.!
Besides, if you like horseback riding, go to the Pellizzano horseback riding school, at few Km distance, or make a try at the unique experience of viewing the Valley’s landscape from above gliding on a parasail.

THE NEW RECREATIONAL RIVER PARK

The new RECREATIONAL RIVER PARK is an area located here at Commezzadura between the Noce River, which unifies and is an important characteristic of Val di Sole, and the Bicycle Path that runs through the entire valley.
This project was able to restore an area that had certain environmental problems, in turn, giving the community a well-equipped area that includes a bocce court, a playground, several picnic tables, a wooden gazebo made with larch and a small artificial lake. This area is of immense value to the community due to its position. It is very much appreciated by all those the use the Bicycle Path and for all those that participate in various sports activities that take place on the nearby Noce river, (rafting, hydrospeed, canoeing..) It is also the perfect opportunity for guests and residents of Commezzadura to spend relaxing moments in contact with nature.

NORDIC WALKING - COMMEZZADURA ROUTE

La partenza è situata nei giardini di fronte al Municipio. Si passa per la frazione Daolasa e ci si immette in una graziosa strada panoramica di campagna con vista suggestiva sulla Chiesetta di Sant'Agata. Qui inizia una leggera salita che conduce al Ponte della Val del Duch, per poi ritornare con una facile discesa all'abitato di Mestriago.
